Full-Time Behavior Analyst (Burlington)

We are seeking a full-time BCBA to join our team! Our BCBAs have sustainable and attainable billable hour expectations and benefit from strong clinical support and collaboration. This role focuses on high-quality, assent-based clinical work, including assessment, treatment planning, supervision, and parent training. BCBAs are supported by a collaborative leadership team, access to clinical resources, and opportunities for ongoing professional development. We value work-life balance, ethical practice, and thoughtful, individualized care for the clients and families we serve.

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing

  • Licensed in Massachusetts

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field

  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles, ethical standards, and assent-based practices

  • Strong documentation, organization, and communication skills

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team

Full-Time Behavior Technician (Burlington and North Reading)

We are looking for energetic, reliable, dedicated individuals for full-time and part-time openings at our center in Burlington and North Reading regions.

Qualifications: Applicants must have experience working with children, reliable transportation, be eager to learn, and be willing to commit for at least 1 year. Experience with ABA and individuals with disabilities a bonus.
