Arianne Kindle is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She received her Master's of Applied Behavior Analysis from Northeastern University. She graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Cognitive Science from the University of Michigan Honor's College. Arianne began working in this field as a case manager and teacher at the New England Center for Children. While working at NECC she was trained in discrete trials implementation, data collection, de-escalation techniques, and general Applied Behavior Analysis methodologies. After NECC, Arianne joined a small ABA based company as their first full time ABA instructor, and quickly advanced to CEO. Arianne helped the company grow to 43 employees before starting Kindle Behavior Consultants. Also during her time with this company, she directed summer camp, was an inclusion specialist at a local elementary school, and provided consultation services to many schools and families. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, traveling, cycling and watching Michigan football.
"Assistant Director" Maren Farris, M.S., BCBA
Maren Farris is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst working for Kindle Behavior Consultants in Burlington, MA, a job she began after relocating to Massachusetts from Philadelphia in 2010. After stumbling into behavior analysis while working as a substitute teacher in Delaware, Maren received a Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis from Temple University in 2009, becoming board certified the following year. Throughout graduate school Maren pursued an interest in behavioral economics, though her professional experience has consisted of working primarily with children with developmental disabilities in the home, school, and community settings. Outside of work, Maren is generally found exploring metro Boston, plotting her next travel destination, or spending time with her dogs, who constantly challenge her role as a behaviorist.
Nichole holds a Master's of Education and a graduate certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of Massachusetts Boston.
She is also a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. For the last 8 years she has been working with children and young adults with autism and other developmental disabilities in the home and public school settings. For fun, Nichole enjoys movies, skiing, and boating.
"Behavior Consultant/Supervisor" Jill Swartwout, M.S. ABA, BCBA
Jill Swartwout is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who comes to us with 4+ years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis and working with children and adolescents with developmental and other related disabilities. She decided to pursue a Master's Degree in ABA after an internship with the May Institute during her final semester of college sparked her interest in Autism and the principles behind behavior analysis. Jill worked as a teacher at the May Institute for 3 years, during which she obtained her Master's in ABA from Simmons College in 2009, and then became Board Certified in May 2010. Outside of work, Jill enjoys reading, Yoga, and spending time with her family and friends.
